Training and rewarding = fun


After running 10 hills we reward ourselves with food and some drinks! And that's how we keep training fun, focused and motivated!

If speed and endurance came via osmosis I was set for my next race in this picture!

Bob Nadon who had just finished Ironman Canada in an awesome time (12:35) and Melanie Ellery who pretty much shined during Boston Marathon this year, and she happens to be one of my pace leaders - endurance and speed training (I try very hard to keep up with her during speed workouts). Mel just went all the way to Port Moody to get her first Nathan hydration belt yesterday. She was just raving about it during our 30K run today!
